Pendergast Quick Tip

Pendergast Partners in Education logo The Pendergast Quick Tip is a system that allows students, parents, staff and community members to submit information to district administrators anonymously or non-anonymously.

Quick Tip allows authorized district administrators to receive tips at any time and have the ability to respond in a timely manner to issues that impacts the school or individual students.

The reported issues range from peer pressure, threats, depression, weapons, suicide and bullying. Anyone with access to the web or a smartphone has access to Quick Tip.

Bell Times for the 2019-2020 School Year
Kindergarten through 8th Grade: 8:10 am to 3:10 pm
Breakfast in the Classroom: 7:55 am to 8:10 am

Early Release:
Kindergarten through 8th Grade: 8:10 am to 12:40 pm

Regular Office Hours:
7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Early Release: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm

Before School Procedures: In place of morning recess, we provide breakfast in the classroom. Gates open at 7:55 am. Breakfast is served in the classroom from 7:55 to 8:10 am. All students must report to their classes by 8:10 am; attendance will be taken at this time. The West gate closes at 8:00 am. The front/North gate closes at 8:10 am. All students arriving after 8:10 am should report to the office to get a tardy slip. Because there is no adult supervision, we request that students not arrive at school before 7:50 am.

Student Sign Out: For the consideration of teachers and students, we ask that there be NO student sign-out after 2:30 pm (just prior to dismissal of school) and on early release days after 11:45 am.

    According to a June 12, 2019 story in AZED News, “School districts and the National Association of Latino Elected Officials (NALEO) are reaching out to community members to let them know how important Census 2020 is and to encourage them to take part in the population count done every 10 years.” Watch this video for more information on the census and its importance.
