Dear Staff,

Welcome back! I hope that each of you had a wonderful spring break.

Here in Pendergast, we value parent and community satifaction. At the highest level, I'd define it as solving problems, answering questions in a timely manner, and tailoring responses to their needs.

Here are a few ways to provide excellent customer service to our parents and community:

Show empathy - Most parents just want to be heard, first and foremost. Listening and responding appropriately is of the utmost importance.

Offer speedy response - Communicate with parents as soon as possible when addressing issues that are important to them, especially when it involves their child/children.

Provide easy access - parents should be able to contact the school, teacher and leadership quickly and easily to have issues resolved.

The Pendergast Community all want and expect excellent customer service. If we ask the right questions, listen to the answers and respond quickly and effectively, that is exactly what we should be able to provide.

Join us in welcoming our new employees to our Pendergast Family!
