Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to register for the upcoming B.E.E.S. Institute! This intensive seven weekend academy for new and aspiring principals has been designed to meet the challenges of the new millennium. The focus is on developing and refining applied leadership and management skills required of principals at the elementary, middle grades and high school levels.

B.E.E.S. provides the application of theory for site administrators. Seminars, workshops and interactive sessions feature educational administration experts and experienced practicing school principals.

The institute offers 70 hours of instruction over 7 weekend sessions, Friday evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The extensive course syllabus and materials provided to participants are exceptional resources for ongoing reference and career planning.

Participants will earn hours for re-certification from NAU. Participants may also elect to earn one (1) graduate credit, per selected institute courses, from Northern Arizona University towards a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (Based on current University course credit prices). If you choose, you may wear jeans provided you make a $5 donation every Friday you choose to wear jeans.

Cash or checks can also be made payable to the Pendergast Community Education Foundation and can be given to your site/department supervisor or principal. You are welcome to pay in advance.

Volleyball tryouts and practices are underway! The 2017-18 Pendergast volleyball season starts on Tuesday, August 22nd. All games start at 4:30 pm in the school gyms. The purpose of the PESD Employee Calendar is to keep all employees aware of important district dates. Schools and departments MUST share any dates to be added that are relevant to the entire district.
