Pride of Pendergast Site Awards 2008-09
The 21st annual Pride of Pendergast celebration honored teachers and staff members for their dedication and service to the students and families of the Pendergast community. The annual ice cream social and awards event also recognized employees for their years of service and honored those retiring at the end of the school year.
In addition to site and department awards, the District Support Staff Recognition award was presented to Jennifer Johnson of Villa de Paz; the 2008-2009 Ambassador of Excellence was won by Stacy Riccio of Pendergast Elementary; and the Superintendent’s Award was presented to the Professional Development School and PDS coordinator Mary Tierney.
