COVID-19 CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

Pendergast Family Resource Center sites are currently closed for the safety of families and staff. PFRC staff is available to support families with referrals to community resources. Please complete the "Online Referral Request Form" and a staff member will follow up. Virtual activities and classes are also available to families with young children. Please see our Virtual Activity Calendar for more information. Virtual classes and workshops require advance registration.

The Pendergast Elementary School District, througha partnership with First Thing First, have developed the Pendergast Family Resource Center providing quality, comprehensive, diverse and streamlined serivces centered on a holistic view of early childhood education with neighborhood outreach as a core component. The services offered create a unique collaboration between the educational environment, families and communities combined with staffing support from caring, knowledgeable professionals. Pendergast Family Resource Center is here to help you find community resources and information. All services provided by the Pendergast Family Resource Center are offered at no cost.

Join us to learn some basic Yoga moves to do with your children. Yoga is a great way to help children deal with stressful moments by connecting them to calming experiences. ReadyRosie Emotion Coaching Parent Workshop - Friday, January. 29  9 - 10am  Click Here to Register
Parenting is rewarding and sometimes stressful.  One way to help alleviate the stress of parenting is to know practical strategies to encourage positive behaviors.  Register for this free workshop to learn strategies to sup port your children’s emotional development.  This workshop is appropriate for families with children aged five and under.
