The Pendergast Family Resource Center housed in the PESD Community Center at 10550 W Mariposa Street is now offering in-person classes for children aged birth to five and their adult. We also continue to offer some virtual classes and events. Registration is required for all activities in order for us to maintain small class sizes to observe safety measures. Please see class descriptions below, use our monthly activity calendar with links to register, or call the center at 623-772-2339. We are happy to help you! Staff are also on-site and available to meet with families by appointment to provide referrals to community resources. Please call the center to make an appointment.

The Pendergast Elementary School District, through a partnership with First Thing First, has developed the Pendergast Family Resource Center providing quality, comprehensive, diverse and streamlined services centered on a holistic view of early childhood education with neighborhood outreach as a core component. The services offered create a unique collaboration between the educational environment, families and communities combined with staffing support from caring, knowledgeable professionals. Pendergast Family Resource Center is here to help you find community resources and information. All services provided by the Pendergast Family Resource Center are offered at no cost.
