CHORUS SCHEDULE

Welcome!

Kindergarten through 6th grade students receive general music instruction. Through listening, performing and creating, students will have the opportunity to experience music of many different styles and cultures. Each quarter we will focus on a different element of music. 4T

1st quarter—Expression

2nd quarter—Rhythm

3rd quarter—Melody

4th quarter—Form

 

7th and 8th grade students may choose keyboard class as an elective. In this class students will learn the basics of keyboard playing and basic  music theory through songs in a variety of styles.
