Villa de Paz is one of the first four schools in the district implementing the Boys and Girls Town Education Model. This model is a research based student management approach which teaches and reinforces life skills and behaviors that students can use in the classroom, on the campus and in their daily lives. Girls and Boys Town involves students, staff, parents and the community. With so many people involved the students are receiving a consistent message from everyone. The skills, steps and teaching techniques within the program are clear and easy to follow. We are confident the Girls and Boys Town model will not only promote school success but will also lead to success in the community, on the job and in life long interpersonal relations.

•  Avoiding a fight
