Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

In the past PTO has helped to pay for uniforms, our school marquee, field trips, classroom materials, software, balloons and decorations for various events, student motivational prizes, teacher appreciation, and theatre troops. PTO participation is opptional and does not require you to be at every meeting or event.

School Effectiveness Team (SET)

The SET committee works on school wide issues, such as Title 1 Parent/School Compact, parking lot procedures and neighborhood safety. In the past SET has spearheaded issues such as uniform and homework policies. Regular attendance is required to participate in SET, because you will be representing the parent vote when deciding important issues.
