    Question: Where and how do I register?

    Answer: Registration is completed online, through our Eleyo webpage. Upon completion of your child's registration, please allow up to 5 business days for your information to be processed. You will be contacted for an in-person appointment at the Pendergast Community Center for submission of required documents.

    Question: My child attended the program last year. Do I need to re-enroll?

    Answer: Yes. Annual registration is required and approvals will be on a first come, first serve basis.

    Question: What documents are required?

    Answer:

    • Copy of immunization records (original or provider copy only)
    • Copy of most recent pay stub (household)
    • Copy of IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
    • Copy of custody agreement forms (if applicable)

    Question: Do I need to re-submit documents that have not changed from previous years?

    Answer: Yes. Annual submission of documents is required, even if there have not been any changes to those documents.

    Question: What are the hours for the program?

    Answer: We open at 6:00 am. Additional fees may apply, such as late pick-up fees and change of plan fees. Please refer to PRIDE Club Parent Handbook pg. 9 for fee amounts.

    Question: What is the cost of the program?

    Answer: There is a $45 annual registration fee per child. Pendergast families are pre-qualified for our P.R.I.D.E. Club Assistance Scholarships. You will be required to submit income verification.

    Question: My child will only attend a certain number of days per week. How will I be charged?

    Answer: Tuition is based on the total number of school-year days and then divided equally throughout the months. Each month you pay the set rate, regardless of the number of school days your child attends. This includes months that contain school breaks.

    Note: A minimum of 3 days a week attendance is required to continue to qualify for our P.R.I.D.E. Club Assistance Scholarship. Please refer to PRIDE Club Parent Handbook pg. 7 for additional information.

    Question: When are payments due?

    Answer: Payments are due one month in advance on the 15th of each month. There will be a late fee of $25 assessed to your account if payment is not received by the 21st of the month. Please refer to PRIDE Club Parent Handbook pg. 7 for the full payment schedule.

    Question: What are the tuition plans offered for childcare?

    Answer: We offer a variety of plans to choose from that best fit your family needs. Please refer to PRIDE Club Parent Handbook pg. 7 for tuition plans. Changes to the tuition plan selected can be made through your online account. There is a $10 change of plan fee and a Change of Plan Form that will be required. On the same day, changes will not be approved and will become effective on the 1st of the following month.

    Question: What schools are participating in the program?

    Answer: Participating schools are: Canyon Breeze Elementary, Desert Mirage Elementary, Garden Lakes Elementary, Rio Vista Elementary, and Sonoran Sky Elementary

    Question: My child does not attend a participating school. Will transportation be provided from school to school?

    Answer: No. Transportation is not offered.

    Question: Does the program operate when there is no school?

    Answer: Our program is an extension of our school district and follows the school calendar. Please refer to our Dates to Remember pg. 4 for a full schedule of holidays and closures.

    Question: Who can pick up my child?

    Answer: Only authorized individuals listed on your child's contract will be allowed to pick up. Photo ID's are required at any given time when picking up your child to properly identify an individual. Parents or guardians can manage authorized pick up at any time on our Eleyo webpage.
