Call of Special Bond Election


TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF PENDERGAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 92 OF MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA:

A special bond election will be held in Pendergast Elementary School District No. 92 of Maricopa County, Arizona (the “District”), on November 4, 2025 (“Election Day”).  The purpose of the election is to permit the qualified electors of the District to vote on authorizing the District to issue and sell not to exceed $60,000,000 principal amount of school improvement bonds of the District.  The estimated average annual cost is $50.42, with an estimated average monthly cost of $4.20 based upon the residential full cash value of $100,000 and an assessed valuation of $10,000.

The election will be a mailed ballot only election.  No polling places will be provided.  Ballots will be mailed to qualified electors residing within the District beginning Wednesday, October 8, 2025.  

The last day to register to vote in order to be eligible to vote in this election is Monday, October 6, 2025.
